When you create a JattBazz account, we collect your full legal name, a valid mobile number (used for OTP verification), and an email address. This information is required to open and manage your account. Without it, we cannot create an account for you.
For withdrawals above certain thresholds, and as part of our anti-money laundering (AML) obligations, JattBazz may ask for a copy of your CNIC (Computerised National Identity Card) and supporting payment account confirmation. This data is stored securely and reviewed only by trained verification staff. It is never used for marketing or shared beyond what is legally required.
When you deposit or withdraw using Easypaisa, JazzCash, NayaPay, SadaPay, IBFT, or Visa/Mastercard, JattBazz records transaction references, amounts in PKR, timestamps, and the payment method used. Despite these measures, no online platform can guarantee absolute security. In the event of a data breach that affects your personal information, JattBazz will notify affected players within 72 hours of becoming aware of the breach and will provide clear information about what was affected and what steps to take.
Data retention periods are outlined in the table in Section 2. When data reaches the end of its retention period, it is permanently deleted from JattBazz's systems using secure deletion methods that prevent recovery.
Your JattBazz password is stored using one-way hashing — it cannot be read by any JattBazz staff member. If you forget your password, it must be reset, not retrieved. This is by design.

JattBazz does not knowingly collect any personal data from persons under the age of 18. Registration on JattBazz requires confirmation that you are 18 or over, and age verification may be required at any point during account use.
If JattBazz becomes aware that personal data has been collected from a person under 18, all data associated with that account will be immediately deleted and the account permanently closed. Any deposited funds will be returned to the payment source.
