JattBazz Terms and Conditions — Know Your Rights and Responsibilities

By accessing or using JattBazz — whether through the website jattbazz.net, any mobile interface, or any other platform operated by JattBazz — you confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to these Terms and Conditions in full. These terms form a legally binding agreement between you and JattBazz.

If you do not agree with any part of these terms, you must stop using JattBazz immediately and close your account if one exists. Continued use of JattBazz following any update to these terms constitutes your acceptance of the revised version.

These Terms and Conditions apply alongside our Privacy Policy and Responsible Gaming Policy, both of which form part of the overall agreement between you and JattBazz. Where there is any conflict between documents, these Terms and Conditions take precedence unless explicitly stated otherwise.

To create and maintain an account on JattBazz, you must meet all of the following eligibility criteria:

• You must be at least 18 years of age. JattBazz does not permit any person under 18 to register or play under any circumstances.
• You must be accessing JattBazz from a jurisdiction where online gaming is not expressly prohibited for your personal use.
• You must not be an employee, contractor, agent, or affiliate of JattBazz or any of its technology or game providers, nor an immediate family member of any such person.
• You must have full legal capacity to enter into a binding agreement — you must not be under any legal disability that would prevent you from doing so.
• You must be registering and playing for yourself, on your own behalf, and not on behalf of another person.

JattBazz reserves the right to request age verification documents at any point. If verification is requested and not provided within the specified timeframe, the account will be suspended until documentation is received. Any account found to belong to a person under 18 will be closed immediately, all gameplay history voided, and any deposited funds returned to the original payment source.

One Account Per Player

Each player is permitted to hold one JattBazz account only. Opening multiple accounts — whether under the same name, different names, the same device, different devices, or any other method — is a serious breach of these terms. JattBazz employs technical and manual checks to detect duplicate accounts. Where multiple accounts are identified, all accounts will be suspended, all bonus funds forfeited, and in some cases all balances may be forfeited pending investigation.

Accurate Registration Information

When registering on JattBazz, you must provide accurate and truthful information including your full legal name, a valid mobile number, and a working email address. You must update your account details promptly if any information changes. Providing false registration information is grounds for immediate account closure.

Account Security

You are fully responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your JattBazz login credentials. Do not share your password with anyone. JattBazz will never ask for your password via email, chat, or any other channel. If you suspect your account has been accessed without your authorisation, contact JattBazz support immediately at support@jattbazz.net. JattBazz is not liable for losses arising from unauthorised account access where reasonable security precautions were not taken by the account holder.

Account Closure

You may request closure of your JattBazz account at any time by contacting support. Any balance remaining at the time of closure will be returned to your registered payment method subject to standard verification requirements. JattBazz also reserves the right to close any account at its discretion where a breach of these terms is identified.

Accepted Payment Methods

JattBazz accepts deposits and processes withdrawals in Pakistani Rupees (PKR) only via the following methods: Easypaisa, JazzCash, NayaPay, SadaPay, IBFT bank transfer, and Visa/Mastercard debit or credit cards.

Deposit Terms

• Minimum deposit: Rs 500
• Deposits via Easypaisa and JazzCash are reflected in your JattBazz balance within 30 seconds under normal conditions.
• IBFT and bank card deposits may take 5–15 minutes depending on your bank's processing times.
• JattBazz does not charge fees on standard deposits. Your bank or mobile wallet provider may apply their own charges — check with them directly.
• You must only deposit funds that belong to you. JattBazz does not accept deposits from third-party accounts.

Withdrawal Terms

• Withdrawals are processed to the same payment method used for deposit wherever possible.
• Standard withdrawals via Easypaisa and JazzCash are processed within 15 minutes, 24 hours a day including weekends and public holidays.
• IBFT and bank card withdrawals may take up to 24 hours depending on the receiving institution.
• JattBazz may require identity verification before processing withdrawals above certain thresholds. Verified accounts experience faster processing.
• Withdrawals will not be processed where a deposit has not been used to place at least one real-money bet — this is an anti-money laundering requirement and applies to all accounts.

JattBazz offers various bonuses and promotional offers to new and existing players. All bonuses are subject to the following general terms, as well as any specific terms attached to each individual offer at the time it is announced.

• Wagering Requirements: Most bonuses on JattBazz carry a wagering requirement — a multiplier applied to the bonus amount that must be met in real-money bets before any bonus-derived winnings can be withdrawn. The specific wagering requirement is stated in each promotion's terms.
• One Bonus Per Player: Only one bonus may be active at any given time per JattBazz account. Claiming a new bonus before completing the current one's wagering requirements will result in the previous bonus being forfeited.
• Eligible Games: Not all games on JattBazz contribute equally toward wagering requirements. Crash games and slots typically contribute 100%. Live dealer games and sports betting may contribute at a lower rate or not at all for specific promotions. Check each offer's terms.
• Bonus Abuse: Any attempt to abuse bonus offers — including through multiple accounts, coordinated play, or exploiting software errors — will result in the bonus being voided, any winnings derived from it cancelled, and the account suspended.
• Expiry: Bonuses not activated or wagered within the timeframe specified in the offer terms will expire automatically. JattBazz is not obligated to reinstate expired bonuses.

All games available on JattBazz are governed by their respective game rules, which are accessible within each game's interface. By placing a bet, you confirm that you have read and understood the rules for that game. The following general gameplay terms apply across all JattBazz games:

• Once a bet is confirmed and the round has begun, it cannot be altered or cancelled except where the game's own rules explicitly permit it (such as the cash-out feature in crash games).
• In the event of a technical fault during a game round, the round will be voided and all bets returned. JattBazz is not liable for losses arising from genuine technical faults beyond our control.
• In the event of a discrepancy between the result displayed on a player's screen and the result recorded on JattBazz's server, the server record is the authoritative result. Our servers maintain complete game logs for every round.
• Minimum and maximum bet limits vary by game and table. These are clearly displayed before each round opens for betting. Bets placed outside these limits may be voided.
• All RNG (random number generator) based games on JattBazz use certified random number generation systems audited by independent third-party laboratories. Results cannot be influenced by JattBazz, game providers, or players.
• Crash games on JattBazz use provably fair algorithms. The crash point for each round is cryptographically committed before betting opens and can be verified by players after the round ends.

The following activities are strictly prohibited on JattBazz and will result in immediate account suspension and possible forfeiture of balances:

• Creating more than one account on JattBazz under any circumstances.
• Using JattBazz for any form of money laundering or using the platform to process funds derived from illegal activities.
• Using automated bots, scripts, artificial intelligence tools, or any other software to gain an unfair advantage in any game on JattBazz.
• Exploiting software bugs, errors, or unintended game mechanics for financial gain. Any winnings derived from exploiting a known bug will be voided.
• Colluding with other players in poker, live dealer games, or any other multiplayer format on JattBazz to gain a shared unfair advantage over other players or the house.
• Providing false identity information or impersonating another person at any stage of registration, KYC verification, or customer support interaction.
• Using another person's payment method without their consent.
• Threatening, harassing, or abusing JattBazz staff or other players through any communication channel.
• Any attempt to hack, interfere with, or disrupt the JattBazz platform, its servers, or network infrastructure.

JattBazz collects and processes personal data in accordance with its Privacy Policy, which forms part of this agreement. By using JattBazz, you consent to the collection and use of your personal data as described in that policy.

In summary, JattBazz collects personal data for the following purposes:

• Account registration and identity verification
• Processing deposits and withdrawals
• Complying with anti-money laundering (AML) obligations
• Providing customer support
• Personalising your JattBazz experience
• Sending you relevant promotional communications (you may opt out at any time)

JattBazz does not sell personal data to third parties. Data is shared only with essential service providers (payment processors, identity verification services) strictly necessary to operate the platform, and with regulatory authorities where legally required.

• Deposit Limits: Set daily, weekly, or monthly maximum deposit amounts. Once set, limits cannot be increased for 24 hours.
• Session Time Reminders: Receive a notification after a specified continuous play duration.

• Self-Exclusion: Permanently close your account if you feel you need a complete break. Self-exclusion cannot be reversed for a minimum of six months.

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, JattBazz's liability to any player in connection with any claim arising from use of the platform is limited to the net deposits made by that player in the 30 days preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

JattBazz is not liable for:

• Losses arising from a player's own decision to gamble, including all gameplay losses
• Interruptions to service caused by internet connectivity issues on the player's side
• Losses arising from a player's failure to maintain account security (e.g. sharing passwords)
• Third-party actions including fraudulent transactions initiated by third parties who have gained access to a player's payment account
• Indirect, consequential, or special damages of any kind

Nothing in these terms limits JattBazz's liability for fraud, gross negligence, or any matter that cannot be excluded by law.

JattBazz reserves the right to amend these Terms and Conditions at any time. When material changes are made, JattBazz will:

• Update the "Last Updated" date at the top of this page
• Notify active players via email or an on-platform notification where the change materially affects their rights
• Provide at least 7 days' notice before changes take effect for existing players, except where the change is required immediately to comply with a legal obligation

Continued use of JattBazz after the effective date of any changes constitutes acceptance of the revised terms. If you disagree with a proposed change, you must close your account before the change takes effect. JattBazz will return any outstanding balance to your registered payment method.
